Well done to the england lads tho they really wanted it and went for it!! They can keep there heads up because the series doesnt reflect how well they have played!!

Swann, Anderson and Strauss all had really great series!

Strauss is definately the right choice as captain, he is a much more natural leader and really knows what the game needs!

Strauss has the potential to be a good captain however he needs to give the bowlers more time when trying to bowl out the opposition two test matches have gone down the pan this series because he wasnt adventurous enough. 1st test should have enforced follow on and last test should have declared 1/2 hour before lunch and now we would have won the series 2.1.

Although i have to say that declaring 1/2 hour before lunch yesterday was the right choice to make but it looked like Strauss sent Harmison out to KP to tell him he had 1 or 2 overs to get 100 and then declare otherwise we just declare but KP disagreed and wanted to bat until lunch to make sure of a hundred. Strauss needed to put his foot down and just declare but that would mean KP would be pissed off no end and then have him upset for a while!

We had some good shouts turned away by that twat Darryl Harper (bentest umpire in the whole world!!) and we should have won the match even though we batted till lunch?
