i said yesterday england can not lose from here if they get 350 on the board and i still stand by that

but India was always going to bat better today and not give the wickets away
england needed to be right in the faces pumped up and bounce some chin music like they did to us in the last test
today was to much seam up and swing ? its far to nice and friendly

Now that's what I mean about being killers. Get your foot on their neck and then crush the windpipe. The Aussies did it in their halcyon years. The Indians have done it more recently. Time for England to stop being Mr Nice Guy. Great stuff from them. Hope that it will change the direction of the series. Kind of tired of India.

Root, sorry, "Rooooooot" is now the most successful England captain in terms of test matches won as captain, overtaking Michael Vaughan's previous record today. He's also scored six test centuries in this calendar year.
