That was one of the most exciting games (listening on 5 Live) of the tournament. Was 50/50 for a large part of the Sri Lanka chase. Good to win a tight game.

Buttler must have one of the strongest bottom hands in first class cricket. Just love watching him bat in limited overs.

Opening is not easy in T20. You have the power play but a couple of wickets and your on the back foot. Roy is a high risk opener but awesome once he tees off.

I don't understand the situation with the Afghan cricket team and their "government" but you have to admire the team because obviously it's not straightforward. Another thing that I would really like some clarification on is regarding their support. Are they expats or political exiles. In addition, all the sides playing have core support of both sexes, except Afghanistan, where there are no women. Is it because there are no Afghan women in the Emirates, or are they simply not welcome, despite the strength of Afghan women's cricket at home, prior to recent events.
