You sound like Jim White!

He’s always struggled with back to back tests.
Beefy Botham was on here yesterday, saying the same thing (its not just me). Englands bowlers were bowling to slow and too short yesterday. Wood wouldve probably bowled about 15 or 20 klm/hr faster.
There seemed to be a complacency with England yesterday, like they'd given up, no fire.
When Australia bowled India out cheaply at the Adelaide Oval they were bowling quite a bit longer length.
I think this is gonna be a white wash. (sadly)
Only my opinion and hope Im wrong :)

I dont know Jim White ?

You’re a lucky man. Don’t Google him. You’ll get a headache.

Our bowlers always bowl shorter than they need to because they are scared about leaking runs.

If I were a bowling coach, I’d be looking at the length that created most wickets on every pitch played on and tell the bowlers to all aim for that length. (Give or take, depending on the height of the bowler)

Anderson and Broad hate conceding boundaries.

Well, they have to try something different today I feel.

Actually felt sorry for him. As did many people here. That first wicket he was stunning, that 2nd drop was embarrassing.
It happens. No one means to drop a catch, but it doesn’t half hurt England.

England need to play more positive cricket. Whether they can under Root is another matter.

Sadly, there’s no one shouting out to replace him though.

Unless there's an early wicket I can the Aussie's getting 500 odd and then watch the obligatory England batting collapse.
