The one day side has played the same way for 5+ years and been the best side in the world doing it. In fact in the last 5 years they've only lost 20% of their 90 matches (inlcluding today), been the #1 ranked side for ages and won the 2019 world cup.

The top 3 all average over 50. Today they got 7 between them.

Bad days at the office happen occasionally. The toss decided this match before it began.

Listening to the match on Radio 5 one of the commentators mentioned that one of her friends wouldn't be coming because they'd seen the score after being in a meeting and decided to not bother going.

So it's mainly just a load of wanks from the city, where money is no object who will miss out.
