Hopefully he's kept away from bish, bash, bosh cricket while he develops his game.Bohannon is a good player but not exactly a youngster, might not be real top class, but will have a good county career.About time, we seem to have had a dearth of young batsmen for quite a while.

Don't give them ideas.It’s partially that, but can you imagine the FA creating a franchised 30 minute league with city franchises?
Then in those franchises, you have players from all over the country in them, with Foden playing for the Leeds Leopards?

Every time we have a promising batsman or batsmen it always seems a false dawn.The amount of times we are bowled out cheaply and its been going on for years there is something wrong with the coaching and mindset.

This one day cup is really good as our “stars” are away playing 16.4.Every time we have a promising batsman or batsmen it always seems a false dawn.The amount of times we are bowled out cheaply and its been going on for years there is something wrong with the coaching and mindset.
The scores are lower, but all the counties are in the same position and we’re seeing some good competetive cricket.

George Bell is an excellent prospect. He plays for Alderley Edge in the Cheshire County Prem. Not actually their best player(!), but he's young and has a really good chance of going all the way to the top.Bell looks about 10, but there seems to be something about him.
Decent with the gloves as well.
