It won't be 90 overs though, will it? Mightn't be much more than 70-75, given the daylight.

Nasser Hussain batting in the dark vs Pakistan

with floodlights, they will bat and bat until we bowl them out, 70 overs should be enough if Pakistan are still batting for the win, somebody will smash a big score tomorrow and take it away from England

I feel we bowl to much in the Pakistani’s strengths as in to tight to in there hitting area I think that bowl that Anderson just got is where you bowl bit wider where they have to reach a tad for the ball! you bowl in there area zone they’ll smash you!

2nd session day 5 and all 3 results still possible, on what could have been a very boring days cricket, what’s not to love.

Agree. Lots of people on TMS saying that avoiding defeat is the key and it's been too aggressive, but it's good for the game. We declared early but still set them a record score. If they chase it then fair play, but you have to set a total that makes them chase, otherwise they just dig in and play for the draw. The win is still on for England. This partnership is the key.

People forget it’s an entertainment business as well as a results one, whatever the outcome this has to be good for the sport.

Next test match on Friday we need to play at least two new bowlers with the short turn around if we lose the toss and have to bowl again and probably be for at least a day and a half or more we be fucked!
