Not much point in going much further, is there? Maybe let Buttler get his 150, if he can, just for the symbolic value. That would get us to 500 (with maybe a few runs from Woakes) which also has symbolic value. I always think 500 is an Everest of a score. You look at that, if you're the opposition, and you just fold, unless you're made of very stern stuff.
 
what's follow on from 500 ? think they said 300 so that must be target now
301. You have to be LESS than 200 behind to avoid the follow on. Now, there are times when the opposition may not enforce the follow on. If there's lots of time left, and a good forecast, for example. The captain may feel that his bowlers need a rest, and will go out and get a quick 150-200 runs, setting the other team somewhere around 400 to win.
