you can get to much grass on top and when its rolled into the wicket you get the 2 days we just had when the ball nipped around far to much.. yes a world class spinner would be now right the game and i don't understand why Ashwin isn't playing because he can turn it on any wicket

Too much grass? Any less and Ashwin would be playing!
The reason why the game moved on so quick in the first two days was more to with overhead conditions and a couple of average batting line ups imo.

Not really. The pitch has got easier to bat on each day so far.

We did well to recover from 62-5.

This will be a draw unless Jadeja can get it turning or an unnecessary batting collapse.

Im sorry to say when we bat second time round chasing at least 270 this pitch will be a minefield.
Hope im wrong as im going tomorrow.
Our top order is not firing and Malan and Root look like the only ones who can use a bat.Going to be big pressure on Bairstow,PopeAli and Woakes.The only blessing is Ashwin not playing.

Our top order scored over 300 in the last test! If the pitch stays as it is we are still in this. But need to clean them up quickly today.

I suspect if they can get a lead of 350, they will. Bat until tea if possible. They will want to make England winning as unlikely as possible, and that would leave 4 sessions to bowl England out.
