I’m not sure why they seem reluctant to embrace him as a proper all rounder.

He does suffer a little with back issues maybe the reason

I don't think Joe himself wants the pressure, he was always very slow to give himself a bowl when captain apart from that time he was on a fifer in South Africa and bowled about 20 on the spin haha
