Mel Jones, fucking awful as well as being an Aussie. I listened to DominiccVork in the T20 match the other night - passionate, experienced, knowledgable, forthright AND ENGLISH. Sky seem obsessed with shoehorning as many Australian commentators in as possible. Same on bbc radio yesterday, glen mcgrath who is as biased as they come and Jim maxwell lecturing England on having too many fielders on the boundary! It’s bad enough being humiliated by their cricketers in our own back yard but it’s too much being humiliated by their commentators as well

They’re pushing the field up to keep Woakes on strike, if he hits a few boundaries like the 3 in the last over, they have to drop back and allow the single to rotate strike.
