Yep looks a hard pitch to bat on but 3 down would have been about right! Let's see how we bowl before we decide if this pitch is a 200/250 pitch think India will bat better than we have there
 
Not to do with the test match (although looking at the scorecard it might!!!), but this will resonate with anyone who has ever played!

I've just woken up from a dream where I was playing cricket. I went back to dressing room after a fall of a wicket to get my ready to bat.
Suddenly we've lost 2 wickets in 2 balls and I'm still there without my pads on and my thigh pad won't fasten. I don't know where my gloves are either!!!!!!!!!

Not played cricket for yearssssss, but that feeling took me right back!!!!!!!!!!

Yep one of these goes we will be lucky to get another 10/20 runs so I'm just adding 10/20 runs to the current score! So now we are we are a 160 all out that's not enough think we need 220 because this India side will bat well

It'd be nice to see the tail wag, and add 75-100 runs. Ain't gonna happen, though.
 
This is how root should play leave the see ball smash ball to the others! India be watching these two bat and will bat a lot better than we have! The moister has gone and it looks a ok pitch not like some on talk sport cricket were saying 200 will be a good score Nope for me 280/320 will be a good score against these Indian batters.. Root needs a 100
 
Fuck me just turned tv on and thought I’d got Foakes out. One day someone will prove that superstition is real, and that if I don’t watch then England will bat batter, and if I don’t wear blue socks on a match day City will lose

Think we need 280 minimum this pitch is fine and I think India would of bowled even if they won the toss because they probably new day one early the wicket will be hard to play on..
