Just watching the Vitality blast game between the Birmingham Bears and Durham (no nickname for them?), and it's nowhere near a sell out, judging by the stands. Saturday afternoon, pleasant weather. Are they charging too much for the tickets, or are people tiring of this competition? Didn't watch the Lancs game the other night, so I don't know what sort of crowd was there.

It’s the Durham Dynamo’s
As for the crowd let’s face it that ground is big so let’s say are getting 7k in I’d say that’s pretty healthy

Well that’s odd as that was the Knick name they used but they now seem to be using the dynamo thing for your younger fans/age group teams
They scrapped it a while back, just like lancashire scrapped lightening for the 50 overs game - now known as Lancashire Cricket in that comp officially and Lightening only in the T20.

Notts out to 12/1 was 3/1 at the break and both 10/11 after the toss.

Yeah, I couldn't see any reference to Dynamos on the two main sports apps in the UK.

Shame the women lost. Some poor bowling: long hops not much good in white ball cricket.

It is the same story, the ECB call up one of your best non-centrally contracted players when you have important games on but don't play him.

Both game the bowlers restricted the other team to 169, which is not far off par compared to early games last year, but the less experienced bowlers have done well, shades of 2015. The rest is about the three great batting knocks.

Brooks, our captain, has now moved out of slip just because he is Captain(what's that all about)Duckett. It’s a short area, Brooks would have caught those chances! Regarding Duckett, it's great when he is batting with this carefree hitting. I don't want him smiling, laughing when he underhand for a run out— total amateurish!

He regularly speaks to the bowlers and easier to do, as well as organise a field from the covers. Some captains prefer point, but the slips aren't good for this.

308 makes it competitive, but only just. 350 would be needed to worry them.

Broad was saying 270 is par
