I wonder if you'd ever see India playing a T20 match the day before the IPL final?International T20 games the night before and afternoon after the Blast finals day.
Surely it's in the ECB's best interests to have as many big names at finals day as possible, what an embarrassing way to undermine the whole competition!

Well, a miracle as Lancs go through. Livingstone carted Parkinson and the rest all over the shop and scored more than half the runs including 7 sixes.
Not for the first time I am left wondering what Blatherwick is for. Although he got a wicket he was taken off after his one over cost 16runs. He scored 11 off13 balls.
It looked desperate at one time when Kent were scoring at 10 per over, but we pulled it back by taking wickets and we had a reasonable target in the end.

Plus the fact it is forecast to rain all weekend, a depleted squad, may go to the reserve day. When it was less popular you could get tickets in other areas far cheaper than the members' block.
Tickets left for £110 in other areas now.
