You don't need to cheat to win. You can win a game of football without diving everywhere and being a cheating bastard.

We have the right kind of players to be at the level of the G-14 clubs... We just don't have the right manager.

Our finances are showing a very healthy trend as it is bud, i am not sure we would get him out of financial prudence.

With you on this, but I meant more likely that the second best player in the world, could come close to paying for his own transfer.
 
If he's available, get him fucking signed! He's one of the best and most effective players of all time. You can bet anything if he is available those odious cockney wankers and their Russian Mafia owner will be all over him. We can't keep losing out on top players to them or we can kiss the title goodbye next season too if they got him.

City need to send a statement of intent this summer we can still attract the best players, so signing Ronaldo would show that if nothing else. A statement and he has European pedigree we crave.

Psychologically it's massive when we play against other teams when they see C.Ronaldo on the team sheet. Plus would wind up the RAG c***s

I know he's not popular, but we have a choice to make, do we want to be a popular Holistic club never winning the Champion's League or dining at the top table of European football winning Champion's Leagues and being unpopular? you decide.

He's 30. His game is all about physicality so anyone who signs him is making a short term signing.

I think there's a good chance Real Madrid will try and sell him this Summer. I'm sure we'll stay well clear. 12 months ago, maybe. Not now
 
Either our players have been on something on its media bollocks .... I don't see it as a good move for us, maybe a few years ago when he was 27/28 - we don't need another prima donna we've already got Yaya and Nasri !!!!!!!
