We haven't seen any of the PL style added time in this tournament execpt the Hungary Scotland game because of a freak injury so what changed here ? yes there were subs and a VAR check but 8 minutes was excessive, 6 would've been fair.

If I'm correct, doesn't that mean that England are guaranteed a place in the knockout stages now? In the two groups that are finished, the third placed teams have less points than England
