I hope to god Hamsik doesn't go to Liverpool. He's going to be a world class player, practically is one already. I'd like him to come to us. Might be worth a punt Hughes ;)

Yes, I did, but no player should be judged on one performance and off the bench at that. He scored 15 goals last season at renegation flirts portsmouth, with no service. Thats the same as the great robinho. His Scoring record in an England shirt is excellent- 34 (16), or a goal every 2.25 games, rooney's is 2.16. I'm not saying he's the best striker in the land, but he is a good player who scores goals. Capello is no fool, nor are AC Milan. If he was some flare brazilian player with a stupid name people would suck his plums all day long, but because he's a lanky english guy people are down on him.
