crouch

The top 4 all have plenty of reliable squad players that bring strength, ability in the air and often do the running which allows the flair players greater room for creativity.

I'd be happy to see both here. In the last 10 minutes when you are chasing a game, sometimes you need a big target to aim at.

Bellamy will be a squad player only next season, however, his willingness to run all day and his clear disgust at losing will add something. He gets others playing around him.

i'd love lescott here, when was the last time we had a threat from set pieces. lescott is the type of player that will push us onto the european places.

From what I've seen on MotD (Not good for judging a players all round game but OK for goals) he doesn't score/win the first header which is our problem. He just seems very apt at scoring from the second ball in a very Bolton-esque way.

That said he was absolutely superb yesterday and he would be a great addition.

Rate Lescott very highly and left footed as well. Great at CH and a good option at left back away from home if we need to shut up shop

Lescott is a fine player and can play at centre half and left back.Don't underestimate him just because he doesn't play for Barca. He'd be a great signing.
Agreed. Wouldn't mind him at City at all, although he did get creamed by Drogba for the Chelsea equalizer this afternoon!

Id probably take Crouch as another option up front. I cant see how Lescott improves the team though? IMO he is no improvement on Dunne or Onouha. Even Jagielka has out shone him at the heart of Evertons defence this year.

Id look for someone who is more comfortable on the ball, like Abiol, to play along side Dunne or Onouha.
