Not sure if it has been mentioned but City sent a big bouquet of flowers to Newcastle after the death of their famous tea lady. A mate works in their PR department said it was really class and what moved them most was the personal comments attached which showed our staff genuinely remembered her with affection.

Well done whoever is responsible for these lovely gestures. Our background staff come in for a fair amount of criticism but someone there is obviously doing a fine job.
