This is a tough game. A lot depends on Peps team selection. He needs to pick his strongest team available. Personally, I’d like to see a recognised LB start, Mendy for me. If he attempts to tinker with the team again we will probably be in trouble.

Ederson +++ Walker Stones Dinho Zinchenko +++ KDB , Rodri , Foden +++ Jesus , Aguero , Sterling , never got a selection right yet and this will be no different ,but after the Wolves debacle the team needs a shake up ,with more enthusiasm and youth alongside the class of Sterling,KDB & Kun etc. If we get at Palace from the off , this could be a cricket score, but if we start aimlessly passing sideways they will do us on the breakaway just like Wolves and Norwich.

We will probably be going into this game in 4th place and need a solid win to bring back some confidence and keep track of the dippers.
Lose and it’s a real uphill struggle to rein them in.

Not only that. lose today and Palace, Arsenal, Leicester and Chelsea could all climb above us - but only a point or so difference.
