Ultimately, with Juve, Rags and Villa to play we're better off giving SP minutes in this game and keeping the general shape otherwise than mixing things up further. Hopefully Stones and Akanji are both back soon, even if Ake isn't. Three tough games that have the potential to really define our season.

If Pep is reluctant to lose Gvardiol's attacking qualities, then he may bring in S-P.
 
No doubt Palace, like many other teams seem to do, will turn into Brazil when they play us tomorrow !

It's rare that we keep a clean sheet at the moment which is understandable without a settled team. I'm just hoping to get the 3 points anyway we can but to do so we will need to be clinical and take at least two or three of the chances that we will create....
 
Looking at all our injuries and absences the best hope for us tomorrow is the weather helping and a postponement tbh.

Asking a 33 year old and 34 year old to play a 2nd game in three days in midfield is asking for trouble. The back 4 will be a mish mash too. Only fair thing is to call it off and come back in April I reckon.

Weather forecast looks shite tomorrow so can see a few games being off. The dipper Derby is forecasting 70mph winds. Ours will be on but it will make it a tricky game.

To be honest if it’s a defence including Walker and Lewis then we may need to score 3 again to win.

If Rico plays, please keep him out wide to actually defend. In the midfield, he fucks up the chemistry.

Jack, KdB and Gundo again with Nunes coming in for Kev after the game looks secured.
