You are probably right but I would like to see what Bernardo can do in a central position while Merlin is out, rather than out on the left which I don't think suits him.

I agree with you there, I think he's more suited to playing centrally. I wonder if Pep thinks he's not quite physically ready for playing in a central midfield 3?
