This match has me worried, there's not one of us who can say the boys are clicking right now. CP is a tough away match and some of City's best players are seriously out of form. If I'm Pep I am playing Gundogan, Rodri and Bernardo in CM. Something is up with Kev, I'm sure he'll find his form but let's let him find it at home, City need to stay on the heels of the scousers.

Hope Vieira gets a good reception. Going to be a tough game against Palace who have the attacking weapons to hurt us if we're not on it. Be nice to see Foden bag at least one today.

Off to town now for breakfast and pre match beers. Come on you blues

Gutted to be missing this one, not even able to watch on a steam will be old school GMR I assume they still do commentary? Hope that depressing Fred Ayre has been binned off.

i know what you mean, weve been playing the best i can remember us (except west ham in the cup) chelsea away, liverpool away, brugge, brighton ,and we are at home, but apart from that you are spot on :)

The football we’ve played in the last 6-7 games has been some of the best we’ve ever played.

There are always players in and out of form. At the moment Sterling and KDB aren’t playing well but that’s offset by Foden, Bernado, cancelo and Rodri playing better than they’ve ever played.

We are at home.

I must admit I haven’t seen much of Palace this season so I don’t know if they’re going to approach it as they have previous seasons. They were one of the few teams that really committed numbers to the counter attack when they visited City. They had a decent enough away record under Hodgson winning at City and United and been very unlucky at Liverpool.

I would expect we’ll be playing a compact defensive side with pace on the counter. As ever first goal is huge and of course we need to take our chances.

We are playing pretty well but seem to either convert lots of chances (Leipzig, Arsenal, Brugge & Norwich) or virtually none (Spurs, PSG, West Ham & Southampton).
