They do have a name and details on the next page behind the 3 dots in the top right corner.
At the semi finals they didnt do ID checks by steward's.
When you scan your barcode at the turnstiles it will either let you in or will come up with the words "ticket blocked for security check, go to the ticket office "
They are going to block 100 tickets it maybe you,it may not.
It's the luck of the draw and as long as its your own ticket it's not a problem as they issue a paper ticket.
It happened to me at the semi final ,so beaware.

How long did it take at the ticket office. Dont want to turn up at the turnstiles at 4 and be sent to the ticket office and miss the start of the game

2 minutes as there was no queue.
They already have the 100 tickets printed and as long as you can prove your identity its not a problem and they issue with a paper ticket.
I'm only highlighting it as various people are saying it doesn't happen.

Good warning, this is my first final as an OAP and, looking at me, they'll never believe I'm that old ;-)

Just out of curiosity. What do you people (in the UK) use for ID these days? (I can used my British passport, or my French ID card). Back in the day — a long time back — a current British driving licence would do it. But I'm not sure that's still the case

Driving licence.
Not that I've been asked for ID for a long time unfortunately

Where is the ticket office Chappie ?
Just incase am the unlucky one.
 
So the level 2 seats sold by us arent the same as club Wembley are they. Someone I know has got a level 2 ticket and wondering if colours are allowed or its neutral like club
