If you are trying to reference the pendant, isn't that one of the world's oldest religious symbols pre dating even Christianity? I could be wrong, and apologise if I am, but I always thought that particular design had nothing to do with the Nazis. It could of course belong to the secretary of the National Socialist Party (Moscow branch).

Erm, it's great that you are willing to see the very best in people but on this I occasion I think you might be stretching it. I'm going for definite nazi pendant

Actually he's right. The nazi symbol is a right-facing symbol where the central lines are at 45 degrees. The pendant that the CSKA fan is wearing is a left-facing 90 degree swastika and is a religous symbol that appears in many religions dating back hundreds of years.

That said....Im pretty sure this guy doesnt really realise this and, in his mind, is showing his nazi allegiance !

I know it has other meanings but what I meant was that in this case I doubt that was the intention of the wearer.

Am I the only one who thought our own support was woeful last night? CSKA may have been pathetic but we were a-pathetic.
Never thought I'd see the day Man City in Europe with no atmosphere was so ever. We have some of the finest football talent playing some of the best football we will ever see & the fans could hardly muster a noise.
It was embarrassing.

I laughed & mocked the rags for needing an enforced singing section but after last nights fans farce I would strongly support city doing the same

I thought the same . We used to rip the piss out of the rags for a shit atmos and now we're just as bad !. Im not proud to say this but I'm currently serving a ban which will end at the end of the season . At the current state, it doesn't bother me because the atmos is so shit !. I'm best off saving the money and watchin on tv. I love city and been goin for years but I feel I could just save the money and become an armchair fan . We're a fookin embarressment , let's be honest . I don't know what's wrong with people !. Why won't they sing and get behind the team?.

Seems supporters are different now, kind of lazy or to reserved, not got an answer as such but when you look round at games people seem to be more interested in shouting F off to away fans or calling ref a t.w.a.t ! Supporters drift in to the stadium when teams are already out on the pitch, then leave ten mins before finish regardless to what the score is..

At main road we welcomed the team out, if we won 7 nil it would be a standing ovation when the ref blew the whistle. We sang proud for the club, didn't need away fans to sing against .

People to cool to join in... We need the good support back, so if your ban ends for next season come back and start the trend again..

Strangely enough where I was sitting (CBL1) we were saying what a great atmosphere it was and how at last there was a lot of singing and cheering and we stayed right to the very end, even applauding the CSKA players as they came off the pitch. It's amazing how different people see/hear different situations.

I was outside the market street city store around 5pm , and 20 or so CSKA fans came past singing , and clapping ....... thought for a moment they were gonna have a go at some blues who were in the shop , but they just walked past in the direction of piccadilly.

. Market street normally gets it but normally from the rags

Widzew Lodz has some sort of alliance with CSKA supporters hence the visit of Widzew fans on Russian sectors.

This design was on the floor in one of the Nazi headquarters. Just because this twat has it on backwards ( if you flip it it will be right direction ) doesn't mean he is a fan of ancient religion.

The pendant is not a Nazi symbol as it is not at 45 degrees. I am however, fully aware that this dickhead does not know this. FFS some people need to stop getting their underwear in a twist. FWIW in my opinion anyone sporting a Swastika should be locked up in a mental asylum......and that includes any twat in this country not just Russia.
are you sure about the 45 degrees ? Because if you look at the CSKA sticking (the found on the tram ,MEN) showing the German army, none of their Swastikas are at 45 degrees, also about locking people up in this country, do you mean the thousands of Hindu's that have as part of their religion ?

I'll Defo be back but if I was watchin these games on tv and the atmos was brilliant I'd be absolutely gutted that I couldn't be part of it . The ones I watch at the moment make me think I'm not really missing much and it makes me glad I'm saving the money. Iv managed to pay for a holiday to the caribian with the money iv saved . I love city just as much as I always have but the lack of atmos angers me . The sooner the stadium Is expanded and a proper singin section is created, the better. Can't come soon enough .

My concern is that we have never needed a singing section. We had that absolute gem of a trait in that our fans were barmy, funny & noisy simply because we were blue.
Home & Away we'd be loud & proud.
I remember Coventry away at Highfield & getting beat 4-0 & we never stopped singing. Home fans just gawping at us despite us getting a trouncing!
Yet now ... We've rolls reversed. We have some of the best footballers on the planet & you would think every visit to city would be a game to embrace & celebrate. But we sit/stand & wait to be entertained ... Maybe mustering a 'c'mon city' song every now & then.
What's changed? Why the apathy? How do a poor CSKA crowd (they're not like Munich/Amsterdam/Poznan etc) show us how to support our team??
We have a standing section in South Stand & at corner of Kippax. We've got everything in place at the club for that ground to be rocking each & every game. We did it against Hamburg a few years back.
Now it's up to the fans. Lots on this site writing 'new' songs for players, but I hear none at the games.
Let's loose the apathy & get back to being proud the celebrate our club

I reckon the rags are far worse fans than any I have ever come across.. Total scum week in week out... The CSKA fans at their place were seriously out of order but at our place they redeemed themselves..!

Im getting really confused with these Russians now - first they have swastikas on and now have friendships with Poles.....forgive and forget working well here.
