Some of our pre-2011 finals were definitely historic. The 1933 Final was the first time that players wore numbers on their shirts (1 to 22 I believe). The 1956 "Trautmann Final" is legendary and 1981 was the 100th FA Cup Final. I have an inkling that the 1969 Leicester Final was the first to be broadcast on TV in colour but I am not 100% sure about that.

Only four decades (the 1910s, 1940s, 1990s and 2000s) in our history where we haven’t made a cup final.
