cup scheme booking fee?

right, i usually just go to the ground to sort my tickets out, however cba today. Im on the cup scheme yet need to relocate my ticket, will they charge me the £2 booking fee just for moving my ticket?

shouldn't do as the point of being in the scheme is that you get your tickets without a booking fee

both booked online

Im in the south stand as as I have to re-locate I couldnt do it online. I had to phone up. Got hit with the £2 charge.

Total bollocks. Not happy.

I relocated over the phone today and was charged the booking fee, I didn't have to for the last round but I think they've changed it for this one

City send letters out to everyone who has to relocate.

Letter includes the following paragraph in bold:-

'to avoid paying a booking fee and to ensure you are correctly located with any friends or family members in alternative seats, please contact Supporter Services during Thursday 12th & Friday 13th November'

You need to ring 0870 062 1894 option 2 then 1 to speak to City not the ticket agency they use as it is them that charge the booking fee.
