Cup scheme question

i received the same email today advising to sign in and register for the uefa cup scheme. I also thought that I was automatically in it. Anyway followed your advice, logged in, went to 'My Account' loyalty points there is a euro cup scheme with a purchase next to it but dated june 11
if instead you go to the icon cup scheme it comes up that I am not in any and there is no option to add to any
the email says the option to register for the cup scheme closes this friday

I truly hate the MCFC website and its not like they dont have the money to stop us poor sufferers wasting hours trying to fiddle around and sort it out

Any advice ?

As i said above its not showing anyone in the scheme when you go to the icon. Did you join the schemes when you purchased your membership? The points are put on as soon as you order the items so that would expalin the date. The only worrying thing you wrote is about "automatically" being in it. You have to sign up for it each season, so you would have had to ask for it if you rang up, or select it if you did it online.

i asked for it on the phone but I have had such numpties on the phone I dont trust anything unless I check, double check etc etc
but it is showing under loyalty points as 'Purchase' I dont know if this means I need to do something or not, but I see nothing on the website that gives you any option to act on it

The fact that it is in your loyalty points shows you have purchased it. You dont need to do anything now. The comment purchase is there every time you purchase something. You can rest easy and look forward to the games.

The ticket section of the OS is now down for 'scheduled maintenance' so they may well be sorting out this problem of schemes people signed into not showing.
Like everyone else, mine show up in loyalty point history but not in the scemes icon. No sweat, your points total will tell you if you're in or not.

For God's sake don't e-mail the ticket office,you are very unlikely to get a response other than the generic auto-response you get back almost instantly. The customer service via email is awful.

If unsure,pick up the phone and get confirmation.

Check the email you received when the seasoncard was purchased - this breaks down all cup schemes,points received etc.

I purchased the 3 cup schemes online after renewing my st in person at the ground. Points and history appeared on my account immediately.

My dad purchased the 3 cup schemes at the time of renewing his st at the ground. His points nor history of the cup scheme purchase was visible on the site. He needed the points to take him over 5000 to get a good seat at Wembly, so I phoned up the club. They apologised for the error and updated it immediately. It clearly was an error because even under the cup scheme purchase area it showed 'not available' (as it does to people who have already applied).

The cup scheme and points should show in your account now. If it doesn’t you need to get in touch with the club and I’m sure they will fix.

Yeah i got the emails to even though we both signed up for all the cup schemes though for some reason my dads account shows Euro cup scheme twice so they have given him an extra 200 points.

Purchase history doesn't show points for joining CS either...although the equally useless e-programme and e-mag are there.
