Well she had the baby last Thursday, earlier than expected and its the best feeling ever. At this moment I will be more than happy to pay for him. Can't wait to take him to his fitlrst game.

Anybody who has dropped the cup schemes for this season who has been previously on them check your emails, I have received email telling me that payment for Napoli game would be taken next week despite me not registering this season so I have had to go into my account and manually move myself from the schemes despite previously having done so

Me and my son have been in all cup schemes for the last 14 years, as he was only a kid when we joined them his account was always linked to my email address, he is now 21 so this summer i decided to change it to his own email address.

For some reason i couldn't do it so had to get in touch with the club and they amended it. Upon checking if the Napoli ticket had been purchased this week he is now no longer in any of the cup schemes and the deadline has passed for joining them. I always thought if you were in the cup schemes the previous season and didn't change anything all settings remained the same.

Its probably my fault for not getting him to check, but am i correct in thinking he would have automatically been in again?

Thanks, i thought that was the case, when i was trying to update his email address it wouldn't update due to multiple accounts somehow existing, i am wondering if they cancelled the one which was associated to the cup schemes, as i say it will probably be on us for not checking, but i will see if he can be retrospectively added.

This happened to me last season, and I called up asking them to change it.

They were able to do so, and they emphasised that because I'd called up before the Inter Milan game (The first game) they were able to add me.

If I were you I'd call them up and explain the situation. That's if you can get through of course

Thanks, I will give them a call when i have a couple of hours spare. I am just trying to establish why he isn't in any longer and check that so long as nothing changes its an automatic re-enrolment which i think it is. Did you get to the bottom of why you weren't in the cup schemes any longer?

So I renew mine and my mum's season tickets at the same time. I want to be in the schemes, however she doesn't.

The website couldn't seem to get it's head round the fact that one of us wanted to be on the scheme and the other didn't. Every time I would untick the cup scheme box for her, it would untick it for me also. I thought I'd finally sussed it out, however didn't realise it hadn't worked until a week before the Inter game. They decided it was a personal error by me *Rolls Eyes*.

If you are going to ring up make sure you do it before Napoli, as they emphasised that after the 1st game they wouldn't have been able to do anything
