Curry

Eh Paphos - can you give me a proper Madras recipe please? I can't stand the jarred shit you get in the supermarkets, and even when you follow the guidance of many a cook book they're still fuck all like the proper thing in a curry house. Madras' are mainly sauce without veg. Nice & smooth.

I'm aware a proper recipe probably has a good 20+ ingredients in it but as I live 5mins away from ASM then sourcing them isn't a problem!

Cheers.

would normally go for a Naga because it's hot and tasty, last night decided i would have a change
and went for a himalayan chilli chicken, got to say ....bloody great dish, spicy and extremely tasty.

Where you getting that from niall sounds good? have the naga myself but gone down hill not nearly as spicy as it should be. Also the lamb jali bhuna is a great dish tasty and fiery!

Gay.

Made from a base gravy and is typical BIR style. I'd wipe the floor with this bloke. Awesome tasting? Until you've had better.

Can anyone recommend a curry that I might like? I'm very fussy and not keen on tomatoes or onions, don't mind onions if very small. Usually have madras as not much of either in that compared to others.

You usually have Madras but you don't like tomatoes?

It would appear you don't realise what you are eating.

That looks bloody good. I love curry it's my favourite, it's about the only food I could live on and not get fed up.

Is that from a restaraunt or home made?

was from my restaurant mate.

Look brilliant mate, do you recommend any recipes online? Without giving away your secrets. I used to make some off Youtube by some bloke that made his own base gravy and you could quickly rustle up the ingredients, it was pretty good
