A fucking straw the bellend kicked off over.
The dickhead was recorded as a transient when arrested, kicked anpther female staff member on the way out

She hasn't been fired and too fucking right, she should be given a pay rise.

On the Manager, as someone who works in catering and did a 3 month PT shift in a McDs as a manager to help with rent when younger, policy will be if an incident like this occurs make sure the staff member is removed from danger then ask the customer to leave(he does initially send he round the back, but he is a useless **** tbf and should have launched the customer)
In fact the McDs in Jersey I was at had a pub across from it and drunks used to come over and sometime be aggressive, polcly was to politely ask them to leave and if they refused call the police, though I used to get bollocked because I would go round the counter and tell them to sling their hook or fuck off out, shoving them out the door if necessary.

I have had fights break out in other rastraunts I have worked in and come round from the kitchen with other chefs to throw people out, but we are all mindful to only touch someone if necessary as you can be accused of asault.

The manager should have thrown him out imediately and was a soft arse, as were the other men behind the counter,

Reverse that role and it was a black man on a white woman and he would have been arrestes asap, fucking criminal, he had to be looked for after just leaving.

There must be plenty of cases where the presence of the phone camera creates / precipitates the incident?
