Same here.

I had to stick it out for 50min this morning after trying all of last week.

Was sorted within a couple of minutes once I got through.

It seems they just need more staff as they are really good once you actually get to speak to them

i'm waiting on the phone as i type this -now 40 mins and counting!!!

totally unacceptable for a club of our size and standing in this day and age

MCFC really do need to sort out the ticket office - the club and team has moved on hugely in the last couple of years but the ticket office is stuck in the 80's
 
Ring the club on a different number (listed on web site ) and ask to be put through to the customer service manager. It has worked for me a couple of times.

Its a bit embarrassing for City having to wait ages on the other line. We are supposed to be a professional well run club but the customer service department acts like its run by one man and his dog.

The club spend millions but can't get this right, very poor.
 
Agreed. It takes to long to get through.

If you can wait for your query and do need to have a conversation, then I find emails are replied to within a week.
 
still waiting - 50 mins now!!

still being told the wait time is 30 mins which is what i was told when i first was put on hold!! however the wait time has been over an hour and as low as 15 mins!!

I would prefer it to ring for 50 minutes, rather than connect and therefore start charging you, and then wait 50 minutes.

Although it's no excuse it would be interesting to know the proportion of calls that are related to either queries that are answered on the website or people just flapping about something insignificant.
Just going off the posts on here I'd wager 60% of calls during the season fit into one of these two catagories.
