Customer Service

I have been waiting for a reply from customer services following a number of issues I raised with them for the past 18 days so I wouldn't hold your breath. I know that they got the email as I got an automated reply saying they would respond within 10 working days, which I think is a long time when you are trying to provide good customer service.
 
10 emails of mine never once got responded to by customer service.

probably too busy creating surveys about how excited was i with the half time entertainment at tottenham.

I phoned last week was on hold for 30 mins then gave up. the commentaries were largely responsible for this. I thought the ones with music were bad until I heard the commentaries.

The other thing was when I first made the call it said 15 minutes, 10 mins later it still said 15 mins then it jumped to 30mins,
 
I was at the TO this afternoon about 2 o'clock picking up my EDS ticket for the Barca game. (Incidentally the girl who served me didn't look arsed, was a bit abrupt and not particularly friendly, maybe this is who others have referred to earlier.)

Anyway, I could see through to the mini-wallboard in the call centre behind the TO counters.

On the customer service 'loop' they had 6 agents on, 9 waiting, and an 18min oldest wait. This changed to 11 waiting 20min oldest wait while I was stood waiting for my ticket. There were 2 other stats up for that loop, abandoned calls (462) and "ACD Calls" (which I think means calls answered) which was 116.

So if those figures are right, up to 2pm-ish today there were 578 calls, 79% of which were abandoned.

To me, that ain't great.

Just going off the posts on here I'd wager 60% of calls during the season fit into one of these two catagories.

I'll raise yer another 20%!
