Customer Services minimum 45 minute wait on phone

All I want to do is upgrade a card to adult as my lad can't make it tonight!

Keep getting cut off. Anyone would think we were at Wembley again ffs.

Balti, did the same this morning only updated a childs ticket to an OAP ticket for my dad....... waited 45 minutes got through and did the upgrade then to be told that the upgrades are all done with paper tickets now ....... so had to pop down to the ticket office anyway as the card is then voided .......... I would advise going down to save time.

I had to keep ringing them back last season when I had a similar problem

I just had the same problem, waited 20 mins only for some jobsworth to tell me they wont do it and I have to go to the ticket office to do it, I upgraded many times last season so had to explain to the young lady an explanation would of been good rather than just telling me they wont do it.
