Cut the abuse from bluemoon

All,

As once again happened on another thread someone likened a players conduct to a mental illness,using the most derogatory terms.

It's disgusting and needs to stop.

Phrases like "mongo" and "downy" are deplorable and speak more of the lack of mental faculties of the people using them than the person they aim to insult.

I have a down syndrome brother.born that way through no fault of his own.I am sure many hundred of our posters work,live or know people with mental disabilities.

There's a reason we don't use the term ******.it's no different.

Can the mods please stick this for a few weeks as several people are being highly offended by an ignorant and disgusting minority of our posters who obviously need educating on this.

In all the time I've been on this forum I've seen that kind of abuse twice, once was today. I don't think it's endemic to the forum and the kid has apologised.

I wouldnt have put it up if it was rare mate.nor am i singling the lad today out.at least once a week someone decides to use one of these kinds of phrases.
