Just to say thanks for your supportive messages. We have had a chat with the police who have been very good. They have had words with the individuals involved plus parents and informed the school.
Wouldn’t have gone as far as contacting the police if it was just personal shit but some of the messages/posts involved a close friend of the family who is a vulnerable adult being called in essence a peado. Things like that can be exceptional damaging and are not on.

I did not want to post earlier as i have no kids and others on here know what to do far better than i. Mainly because my answer would end up with you in the nick with some kids teeth stuck in your knuckles hehe. I do want to say well done for making this issue known without losing your cool, it must be hard as a dad to do that so huge props for that boss.
They will likely look back on this with deep shame and if not they will insult the wrong person one day and be within scragging reach, then i expect a life lesson to be learned.
We had a kind of bully at school, never messed with me but it turned out his home life was shit so he took it out on school kids, i expect many are like that.
Good luck to your boy, exams i expect are coming up soon in his young life.

Good for you. Horrible stuff bullying but sounds like it could be coming to an end. Often parents, police and school knowing puts an end to it. You’ve done the right thing there mate. I know it’s easy to say go round and give them a slap etc but you’d be the one I trouble then and they’d probably get away with it.
