After 3 calls, 2 hangups and a total of 2 hours 45 waiting... I got through to someone in "customer service"

I advised I have emailed multiple times and had no reply, Ive tweeted City help and had no response, ive called many times and been hung up on....

His response, on behalf of City...

"You have to email the query"

Doesnt suprise me mate.I had a bike stolen whilst at the match,i tried to report it afterwards but they couldn’t have cared less
