Did it about 8 yrs ago with no training, just turned up on the day. Felt like I had been bummed by Dennis Rodman for about 2 weeks after.

I did the same no training, I made it but don't know how... A bit of a piss take too when about 8 Unicyclist went past!!! Unreal!

I'm at a wedding on the Saturday so will regretfully be missing it this year. The last two years have been a mare in St Anne's with that wind! Good luck to all those doing this year's trip - especially the round trippers.

10th July.
Training is easy, get a few miles in to tune your arse in to the seat,
then tag on the convoy, when your feeling shit look around and youll see somebody in a lesser state than you plodding along, be it a near death old dude, some 7 year old kid on his Striker, or some fat dude sweating away the last 12 months of Greggs, it gives you that push that if they can do it you can piss it.
