Mario has done Muay Thai for a 'bit and if you have done this sport yourself you'll know almost subconsciously you'll find yourself throwing powerless punches/kicks whilst concentrating on technique.

Take a look at Kolarov in the background, none too impressed with his technique is seems!
His head is a bit too close to being totally inside the dummy's otherwise the headline would be "Balotelli in training ground bust up with training dummy obviously disguised as Kolarov"!

The sooner we move our training ground to a private area around the stadium the better. It is embarrassing that we are the only major club that has it's preparations snapped in this way

I love how much the press talk about us these days. Every article like this smacks of jealousy. It's like it's eating up inside them as they're writing it.
What I'm most looking forward to this season is 40 odd weeks of Sunday supplement telling us how city are a club in crisis and how Mancini can't get the players to work together followed by us picking a trophy up at the end of the season.
