Daisy Rose Dee

People can't quite grasp that supporting the club at the expense of the fans is just shithousery really, we are halfway down the slippery slope and we haven't the balls left to use them to stop our final legacy demise.

I'm just a moaning ****, mate. :-)

Even when I support the fans and put them first.

Don't worry. Like thousands of other FOCs, I'll probably be dead in 20 years, so the club won't have to wait long to take back my season ticket, use my seat as a match-day ticket, and get twice as much money for my seat.

If any of you want to attend my funeral, it will be upbeat and without moaning. Please don't wear black. Wear City blue. Thank you. The front pew seats will be GA+ only.

Hysterical? Lol!

There's no need to swear either.

FFS, I knew somebody would remember. ;-)

It had to be you, didn't it? :-)

I have moaned about the dog-leg hotel section and the first incarnation of the hotel sails on the mock-up. I still don't like the dog-leg section of the hotel, but I'm happier with the sails, as they look better now.

I've not really moaned about the stand itself, bar those 2 moans, as you've called them?

In fact, I've been very positive about the stand itself, posting information about it from the PA, discussing it in depth with other forum members on the thread for the last two years, and taking thousands of (positive) pictures of its construction, so let's have some balance, ah. Anyone would think I've spent the last two years moaning about the North stand expansion. :-(

Yes, I did moan about the GA+ seating being at the front of the new tier, or as it turned out, at the front of the current second tier. I wasn't the only person to moan about that. But I've come to accept it now, as it isn't going to change.

No, I'm not ashamed of my forum behaviour.

And I never will be.

Ric and Jim seem to be OK with my forum behaviour.

I post too many positive things on the forum.

Have you read the Manchester skyline thread?

I've just done a very positive city centre construction update. :-)

I know he dishes it out but I think it's time to go easy on JRB. Otherwise he might start another five threads with the same pic!

He is good on the stadium expansion tbf. I met JRB when we were putting out an 1894 display on a Champs League night yonks ago and he was a top Blue.

If true, that’s gross negligence and should be investigated by EH at MCC, and passed up the line if appropriate.

If true, bang out of order, given the conspicuous foreseeability and duty of care.

According to defibfinder.co.uk the nearest defibrillator to the stadium is St Bridget's Church on Grey Mare Lane although that's for a permanent debrillator. I'm pretty sure at least 3-4 paramedics in the ground during games would have a debrillator

Today is officially a moan free day on Blue Moon after Grimsby beat United and knocked them out of the Carabao Cup last night.

Listen to the Rags moaning instead.

Have a nice day everyone.

PS. If you are going to the chippy today, ask for chips and battered United. :-)

My post above did not point the finger at you - it was aimed at me for swearing in my earlier post - for which I do apologise if it caused offence.

I do agree you post many positives on this forum and generally it’s all the better for having you…

There’s a general trend as others have said about moaning about everything on the forum in general, maybe that reflects the fact that we’ve all become a bit unrealistically entitled on the back of an unprecedented era of success or maybe it reflects society right now but as City fans we have so much to be grateful for and we generally should be, more appreciative without becoming happy clappers.

A minority of City fans seem intent on trying to turn as many fans against the club as possible and get their kicks from trying to mobilise protests and the like. We are turning into everything we used to mock those over the road for unfortunately with the current level of entitlement.

Who is she?

Is she one of those Only fan sorts you see popping up on Twitter latching onto a team or a normal fan?

It's a weird one. Weird how a random girl on facebook gets a post in here with her full name as the title? Never seen that before. Seen a few of the attractive "city fans" who either end up being fake or an only fans bird. Either way this thread consistently getting bumped and by JRB with a random post saying "back to daisy" is just all a little weird.

We had that American lass causing hassle a couple of seasons back.

Seen some lasses painting kits on their bodies and "interviewing" folk outside grounds on matchdays too, not at City (yet) but on Twitter.

I’ve got a suitable punishment for you if you regress. I will send over the video of Joe Corrigan telling the OSC AGM gathering how wonderful the OSC is. Joe (my first City hero) looked like he had a tear in his eye and I can promise his arm wasn’t being twisted lol.

He knew the new North Stand would be something special.
