Andy Jacobs on TalkSport made some sneering comment that he will probably end up at City.
As others have said, if he was a Left Back, yes, but we have the best right back in the League and a top notch reserve.

Nailed on to join United, Rafael is Good awful and he'd fit into a 3-5-2 formation as he gets up and down the pitch, albeit with limited ability in the defensive third. Plus his wages will be astronomical, which fits United's current model of throwing money at players just to get them to join.
