It's excellent PR for City to have someone in a position like that to be of a direct link between the Fans and the Club. There's also other Employees at City who are interested in what we think (I've met a couple who work in Marketing) and even had a laugh with the two Lads in the Club Shop as they were printing a shirt up for me. I don't care whether they're Blue or just pulling a wage - I just want to be valued for all the money I've spent at the Club as a fan.

I assume that Danny is ALWAYS snowed under with emails and calls, simply because he can sort of anything and everything, even if it's just pointing you to the correct person.
Even so, he always manages to reply to email or call you back within a decent space of time.

Hope he's never lured elsewhere
