Had a ticket office issue last season and i ended up contacting Danny as i was getting nowhere with it, sorted the problem and also put me, my son and nephew in the ledgends lounge for the wigan home game for the pains i had suffered. An absolute top bloke who is always willing to help us Blues. The club cant have enough of these people.
 
Had an issue with the cup scheme,got passed from pillar to post,fobbed off every time,emailed Danny & everything was sorted within the hour. Knows the fan's,know's what is required,& does everything in his power to help. Top man & can't speak highly enough of him,wish everybody at the club was as dedicated to customer service as him.
 
This thread is nothing without a photo (presumably Danny is short for Danielle?).

yep, he's blue though and through. does a great job.

In every sense of the word, but he's a Bolton fan in real life. ;-)
