How did the qualification work for this then?

Just interested to see the last two Lakeside winners (Van Schie and McGuirk) are in the 32 despite them only getting their tour cards (for the PDC) just a few weeks ago.

Edit - Ah it's the top 24 players plus 8 qualifiers. And both of them did the business to get to the main event.

I've not even watched it. Watched the earlier rounds but once I saw his fat fucking face in the final then turned off.
It's shit, I don't care what they say that darts is more popular than ever because of him, it's boring as fuck when one person is winning all the time

I have been saying it for a while about his weight. He openly admits that he eats shit and sits online gaming when hes not playing darts! He looks bigger with every tournament. That is without booze!

It wont be an issue for his brand while he is winning, but it will soon be discussed as a potential reason (if) he has a few bad months and his form dips!

He's winning all the time because he's taken darts to another level, just like Taylor did. The field behind him is far better placed to challenge him than the one Taylor had until MVG emerged. The worry for that field is Littler appears to have another gear when needed, he's phenomenal.
