Pretty sure I've said this before, but I read an interview with this bloke and he actually came across really well.
Said that he started out doing stupid videos with work colleagues during lock down, and that it didn't blow up till much later, and it wasn't something he wanted. Took all the videos down when he started getting loads of abuse - but said that he was chatting to a kid at the school he worked at about bullying, and realised he was telling the kid not to give in, when he'd done just that. He clearly knows it's ridiculous, but said that it was just a bit of fun, so he decided to lean into it.
I've not got much interest in any of these social media fans, but compared to the faux outrage of the likes of Goldbridge, it's pretty harmless*
*no doubt someone will find a video of him going on a 115 rant, and I'll take it all back :)
