Thats shit by Cardiff to sack him last 2 seasons they were unlucky not to get promoted. The playoffs are a nightmare very hard to predict the winner. They are screwed a big rebuilding of the squad is needed and loosing there top scorers wont help next season.
Jones I think will come again and who knows might end up as manager of West Ham if Fat Sam doesnt take the job.

Half his first team were players on loan, so he's hardly built anything
Deservedly so.
They had easily the best players in the division, they had more international and experienced players... the club went for broke with this promotion bid and Jones failed.
So why wouldn't he be sacked? Do you think he'd do better next season when half of that team is moved on?

How so? the past 2 years he has had major daylight at the top all the way into feb and blown it each time...... he is a really really piss poor manager
