I felt sorry for him when everything first broke. No sympathy for him now. I doubt he will go to prison. What does making an indecent picture mean? Does that mean he was there and used the camera? It implies involvement rather than downloading stuff.

I actually know someone who downloaded then forwarded a silly compilation video of photos on back when we were at college and when he split with his girlfriend, She took a picture of it on his phone as She knew one of the girls on it was underage when she had taken the picture (which she must have then sent to someone), she shopped him to the police as "payback" he was very very lucky to only get a suspended sentence from what I was told by his Dad afterwards, really fucked Him up, he still doesn't use any social media 15 years on!
