David Coote

City should be looking into getting him to work for us behind the scenes, The Knowledge he has would be great to have up our sleeves and PGMOL would shit themselves
We had Halsey for a couple years advising on rule changes. He did us and QPR.

Very telling we chose a non PiGMOL referee team for Vinny's testimonial.

Probably more all the vids of him sniffing gear while on the clock to be honest. I think if he'd just called Klopp a **** he'd have gotten away with it. A 'German' **** put him on shaky ground though.
I'd agree it was the gear. Followed by the Yellow Card admission.

Regarding that. I wonder how many other refs have gained from booking players? I'm looking at you Rob Jones you dipper loving ****.

Very selective.

Technical area infringements piss me off. Certain managers have the freedom of the touchline, when in reality they should be warned and then booked for a further infringements (I'm looking at you, Lego Head).

In fairness Pep is terrible for this and I've never seen him booked for it. He stands on the pitch while the ball is in play sometimes!

He was off duty and relaxing? speaking the truth about Klopp or a cheeky line, well every fucker is at it in football and personal use is now deemed ok in many peoples eyes

Day before he was on VAR wasn't it? Can't imagine many works are happy you rocking up binged up the next day after "relaxing"

Either way, the paranoid brigade on here need to ignore anything Liverpool related. There are messages talking about him booking a player prior to a game taking place, where that player got booked and he messaged saying "i hope you backed it as discussed"

We won't know if he would have got sacked just for the video. I highly doubt it as the media circus surrounding it all felt the same, stupid but not enough to lose a job over. Considering there is more than them comments, and more serious allegations that will be why he isn't in a job.
