A lot of the players (looking back) say it was the making of them, for some it was the breaking of them...... Chris Coleman being I good example. Played a few A team games and one reserve game aged 16 having left school summer of 86 and looked promising. But Skip's style was not for him and he was allowed to leave after 3 months, returning to his home town club Swansea.
