For all of his ability, and he is without doubt one of the most technically gifted players to ever play in this country, I love him for his tenacity and his toughness. Gets booted constantly every game and it just spurs him on to do even better. He's a fucking warrior as well as being a magician.

Yep, seems to go slightly under the radar this. Imagine if he had the attitude of Ozil; Silva is a tough bugger & we're extremely lucky to have him.
